Forum access and tags

Posting on behalf of Alexim as I was helping him in the Mentor TS section.

Recently whitelisted for NHS and given the required forum access, however they have lost access to everything else on the forums.

Is this something you can have a look at please @Ciaran or @Wilco?

Its bin going on for ages, if you're police and you get donator it overwrites it.

Could we not allow multiple tags on forums?
