I would like to formally apologize to the two policeman I banned last night in my inebriated state.

CI Noddy and Sgt. Jamie you both deserved better than that and I definitely do not deserve to have access to any kind of power after drinking so much. I will not be playing on altislife.co.uk if I have even have half of what I had to drink last night.

I would also like to apologize to Maratek and anyone else I may have been abusive towards later on in TS.

I would understand fully if my admin powers are removed and I take a ban and go through the process of the ban dispute due to my actions.

Once again I am truly sorry.

I think it was blown out of the water to be honest.

The admins online should of just banned you for 12 hours as a timeout... We are all human and we are not a professional company and this just proves that.

When i drink it goes one way or the other... i am either being really happy and buying everyone drinks or i am the biggest cunt you will ever meet

Thats why i drink manageable amounts... god forbid anyone and the community if i ever allow myself to come online in the second mode.

I think the people who were arguing with you last night might as well of argued at a brick-wall and they were stupid for even trying and should of took a step back and should of been more adult about the situation.

Emergency meetings etc about an admin who was just drunk a little was not needed.

You've apologized to the two people involved and i understand Ciaran was fast to act last night with the unban's so in my opinion no harm done!

I must say I am disappointed. 

I wasn't going to get involved here but I can't seem to stop myself.

First of all I would like to say I am glad to see an apology. Any time I have spoke to Vladic_Ka I have enjoyed his presence. He always has a lot to say and his dry wit is often the backbone of a good joke or two. But the way he acted yesterday was not in anyway professional which is what you would expect from an admin who enforces rules on such a high demanding server.

For me the apology mixed with understanding that a little bit too much alcohol caused him to act out of turn was enough. A slap on the wrists and all is well. However I do not believe this was in any way, the fault of the officers in question. I was watching the last 2-3 hours of the stream and found myself having a nice little giggle at some of the abuse the officers were getting. The officers were in my eyes being very patient and treating him with a great deal of respect until he started getting a little bit over the top. 

In no way did the officers act childish. When Vladik_Ka entered the teamspeak afterwards he was still very heated from the whole ordeal and Mr.Cardoso asked him very nicely and calmly to pop off to bed and cool off until it all settled over night. He refused for a little while to then insult a couple of people in the channel before deciding he would get off TS.

I don't know how your command meetings work and will not pretend I do but if this kind of thing is just left to be a "He was drunk and acted a little out of turn" situation I believe people will take it the wrong way and feel like it is acceptable. Would a simple Whilst streaming or if having a night of drinking that the person doing such a thing was not to be on admin duty at all? Treat is as a night off kind of idea? 

Only a suggestion.

Personally I thought it was hilarious, until it got slightly out of hand (Admin Powers), this is an apology for his actions, which the majority of people reading this will understand he stepped out of line, and now he's back in line.

Just a little suggestion:

When an admin goes off duty (Plays as a Civ) maybe it'd be best if they didn't have access to there tools?

Make a rota for the admins, so there's always 1 on duty to manage the players/server

That way this wouldn't of happened.

I agree with you randomized and will take any punishment that the admin team see fit. I don't want anyone to feel that I am being treated any different and would gladly be removed from my position if that's what people want.

I personally believe everyone can make mistakes, and even though this is a highly demanding server, the admins are still volunteering.

You can only expect a mess up sometimes as we are all human. 

But yea, dealing with a tipsy person is really hard and can test your patience in various ways, so it usually leads to non-friendly situations.

I don't think anyone wants that. We are all human and mistakes do happen. The officers do have this power though to send you to jail under the public order act that can go up to 60k each. They said multiple so it's 120k and therefore they cannot issue you a ticket for it. 

You're a great admin - this was just a mistake. They happen and I believe that we can all easily get over this. Btw wanna point out that you did ban reverend as well accidentally when you tried to ban SGT jamie (he disconnected right before). 

 
I demand Vladic to have his admin pay cut! IN HALF  :eek:

There are other victims here, take me for example... I kept on tipping him so I could keep my name on his donator tab.

£10 well spent, unless one of the officers are actually upset.

Vladic is an amazing admin and since I've got to know him, I can say in all honesty he is a brilliant guy in every respect. Last night's silliness is not typical of the man I've come to love and respect; it was a drunken one off.

The officers in question I feel did a great job. Remember that they have to deal with anyone from hobo noob to head admin and try to maintain constancy, RP and they did - brilliantly. Better than I probably would have.

It would be a real shame to see fall out from this... If people can shake hands and move on then that is great. Out cops are a credit to the server as is Vlad. This is a cautionary tale about excessive booze and streaming... We've all done stupid shit when smashed in the past and we all will in the future.

I spoke to the cops in Ts after the events and they were far from childish. They were understanding and the banter was flowing. Great guys.

So can we all move on and get back to enjoying ourselves on a game that we love?

Ahhhhhh mistakes happen. Vlad brings an awful lot of good to this server and mistakes happen, we all make them and we move on.

I'd suggest we all chalk this up to a tiny blip and carry on enjoying our gaming and laughing our asses off at vladics stream!

I don't think anyone would want to see anything change because of this.....everyone here never makes mistakes occasionally so a bit of forgiveness should be forthcoming.

You better be streaming again next week.... ,
