Force whisper in casino (or some other sort of volume control, maybe earplugs?)

I think we've all been there...sitting at the table gambling away all my money.
In comes a lad, I'm sure he's a decent enough chap, sits down and starts wailing like a banshee every time he gets a card.
Audible across the room for 25 minutes straight, only responding with things like "You shut your mouth" every time he's asked if he can whisper.

It's nice to hear conversations and all, gives the place a bit of life, but sometimes it just gets really out of hand, and there's no way to avoid it due to size of the room

 

The Pros:
-Casino hopefully becomes a bit more peaceful

The Cons:
-Can be rough on RP situations where shouting may be warranted

Im not a fan of this force whisper stuff.
I`d instead like it so it sets it to whisper auto when ya walk into buildings like hospital and casino, but you are able to change it to normal or shout

Tbh i agree with you im fed up of hearing "you slag, you bitch, fuck you" etc like i dont know why people need to set it to shout i can barely hear the dealer speak. Im not to sure about force to whisper or maybe just having something in place to resolve this like each table has its own audio location so you can only hear whos at that table i dont know but either way +1 from me
