Also one more question, can anyone bid irrelevant of if they already have a base?

 
If you want to upgrade to the new base you can. Your old base will be handed to someone else I would imagine.

His bid is 38 mil. If he doesnt have it when the bidding ends we will send the heavy boys around to break his legs.
