i was banned due to my younger brother being perma banned on his account he then sneaked on to my account when i was not home to play got caught an my account got banned and i had never bothered to appeal the ban till now 

Why should we unban you ?

i feel like i should be unbanned now due to the fact i no longer live with my brother so the only person that can get access to my pc now is me

just out of curiosity, Why did you not appealed it back in 2017?

I never tried to get unbanned cause i had stopped playing on the server at the time thats the whole reason my brother thought hed get away with until my fellow clan member P Money noticed an reported him to Matt i then got a ban i never had any intention on playing the server until now.

alright that's fair enough, it is indeed confirmed in the notes. that your brother was playing on your account. 
Make sure in the future you are the only one who has access to your account. 
In the meantime your brother has been unbanned, when the mass unban happened. 
So i don't see a reason to keep you banned. Obviously a lot has changed in the last years. 
So before logging on, Make sure to have a read on the rules.
