The rule that someone THINKS i broke : [SIZE=medium]3B)[/SIZE][SIZE=medium] RDM - Random Death Match Definition: [/SIZE]Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

A reason i should get another chance : I did not rdm him, we were already in combat / shootout with the COPS as you can see in my video, they were still chasing us and my friends.

For some reason everytime i record my gameplay it doesn't record whatever i'm saying tough, but you can clearly see when i speak to people, the (speaking) pops up.

The reason i shot the cop arround (2:30) is because, a few of us already said like 5 time's that he needed to drop he's gun, and he wouldn't listen to us.

The reason i shot the civ arround (4:50) is because i told him not to pick up stuff / guns from the ground and he wouldn't listen.

And i'm sorry if i may have done something wrong, but in my opinion the fight was still going on...

Even with this footage I consider this a RDM. I came with no sirens, or any form of aggression. I was even in a conversation with OneTwo. Yet he told you, do it? That's just wrong, and I think OneTwo was also wrong with telling you to kill me. Also, all these stuff happend in a greenzone. I was alone and you could easily let me surrender or give me time for compliance, since I was outnumbered by far as I can see now. Also, the RP was kinda weak as I can see on the video.

Anyway, that is my opinion, I let the admin (Wilco) decide. If you get unbanned, then please take my opinion in consideration and  try to learn from it.

Last but not least, I think he learned his lesson, but I hope your gang take this as an example since I got way too much bad experiences with you guys.

 
Ok you came withouth sirens, but a few cops where still chasing some of us. And you say you where outnumbered BUT when i got shot there where like 3 more cops outside. 

And there is no greenzone whatsover on the map in athira.

I understand that this may seem rdm to you, but what did i had to do? Shoot the cops who where still chasing us? How do i know wich cop is chasing us and wich cop just arrived to the scene? How could i know that sir?...

In my defence, i think i was allowed to shoot you since more cops where comming and still looking for us. I don't mean to break the rule's sir, i was just trying to get some roleplay.

I'm sorry if i have broken the rule's in your opinion, but i was still getting chased by cops, so the first thing that  come's to mind is, get rid of the cops...

If i will get unbanned, i will make sure that situations like this won't happen anymore... i'm realy sorry i didn't mean to (in youre oppinion) rdm you. Maybe i had to think twice before shooting. 

Looking at my video a few time's made me realize i maybe had to handle the situation a little bit different.
