Fix detection zone for houses

What I am referring to is the fact that some properties you need to look at a very odd spot on the floor to be able to access the house which is something that would be nice to be changed. I don't know whether this has been suggested or whatever so I am posting one now.

These need to be reported on a case by case basis as these are bugs.
