FIVEM Help wanted!

So I recently upgraded my PC and re installed windows, since I have download GTA and FiveM but when I try and connect to the server it gives me this error:

I have done what is saids in the error but it still doesn't work.

have you linked your steam account to fivem, or had steam closed while trying to launch?

Turn steam off, turn off fivem then restart both but make sure you start steam first.

Happend to me aswell... Restarted PC, restarted steam, I did open fiveM still same cant join in the server... But my pc got shutdown cause of power outage cant join since then...
