hey its my first day today, i havent met any1 who roleplay, there was a guy driving a cop car here and crashed into the water, no1 here looks cicilian but like MILITARY SOLDIERS, is it allways like this?

No, you should see people in civilian clothes, are you in Kavala? Also police wear black uniforms with a black vest that says Police on the back, you should be able to recognize them from afar (some where a blue uniform which are trainees). Medics wear green overalls. Everyone should roleplay and if you find people are not roleplaying, report it to the admins using the Admin Request function via your messaging app.

To be honest, yes. Most people acquire military grade equipment (clothing, vests and weapons) as soon as they have the funds. This, however, does not mean that there isn't roleplay. As for the cop car, it was most likely stolen by some hobo who got his license from a cereal box.
Nearly everyone you meet is happy to have a friendly chat. Just stay as far away as possible from 'Kavala Hobo's'. They're up to no good.
