Well @Ciaran and @Rath both of you deserve a huge amount of credit because i feel like it was a really good idea and a good thing that the server needed so gangs weren't just camping drugs.

Cheers haha but it was a team effort, ciaran made some changes + im sure a lot of it will change to be compatible with future events/missions If you have some suggestions for future events/missions be sure to post in the suggestions thread dedicated to it.

Can you make it so these drops only happen with a certain number of cigs on otherwise the 20 people on at 5 am are gunna have fun

They are already limited, yet we will most likely need to tweak those limits.
