Description of what happened:
i had just logged in, ran to the cashpoint to pull out 10k to get some stuff in the market, this fella runs in behind me and knocks me out without saying anything, then proceeds to shoot me in the legs when i ask him what he is doing, i say nothing to him until he starts shooting at me as he gets outside, i ask what he is doing as he layers shots into me and he says im pulling my gun out, which you can see during the video, it does that wierd glitchy thing it does when your restrained as well, but you can clearly see and he could see that there was no gun there even if it was doing the motions.
under the circumstances of his saying nothing except dont move, dont speak or ill shoot you then accusing me of nothing, i genuinly believe this to be RDM. apologies if you see it as wrong and dismiss this.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no as i sorted out my recording and then when i tabbed back in to game id been kicked for high ping.

excuse my language at the end, he didnt hear it as i was already dead and that was just my frustration.
