Summary: female character creation eyebrow colour

Full Description:
Hello, when creating a female character, for some reason the black colour version of eyebrows on a female is red-brown colour? This is the third time I tried to create dark brown or black eyebrows. Therefore I can recreate the bug, if its a bug.
When ingame at the hair dresser, it is the same problem.
