I have currently been banned for a  battle eye hack yet i am not a hacker and were banned while offline, any help would be handy as i normally played this server every day. 

 
used cheatclient in other game probably? doesnt have to be multiplayer

 
Maybe your Ip was previously used by a hacker (Most likely you) it's highly unlikely but it can happen (almost impossible)

 
Can you please post a screenshot of what happens when you try and connect to the server?

 
Try disabling any mods you have enabled in Arma, if I try to load into Altis with extension mods enabled, I get detected by the anti cheat as well, if you disable them you'll be able to connect.

Gamehack 38 is never wrong, mate.

The admins cannot do anything and battleye don't like unbans , but you could try with the link above.
