Fallen Angels Locals

The locals around The Fallen Angels Area or "Autoshop Motorcycles" have been causing a lot of headache, they recently re appeared once wildlife was re added, a bug report was filed though according to what we have been told its not a bug.

Now, the suggestion itself. I think it would be very appropriate if the "Vagos" locals are removed from the area and replaced with either TFA locals or locals that are more passive. This is an issue not only TFA are facing by those who hang about the area whilst socialising or selling get randomly shot at by the locals if someone aggressively drives down the road or if you do something the locals does not like.

The Pros:

-Less unnecessary NHS outcalls

-Less shooting in the local area

As said, not only bad for the Fallen Angels but many customers or potential customers have been shot at and many downed causing work for the police and an extra strain to the NHS.
Have even seen people drive around the corner on their way to the smelter or parking etc and get caught up in it all and shot/downed.

It also makes it hard to be a more social spot for FA Members and bike enthusiasts as at any point they can be attacked by 20+ shooting locals in an instant.

+1 As exciting as it was getting shot at while trying to sell it would be nice to see them become more passive or at least be changed to be TFA members rather then Vagos.

+1 - You can actually look at some of the locals in the wrong way and very quickly it descends into madness
