F6 Menu permission

The permissions on the F6 menu are not working , People are unable to deposit without being able to see ( View permission )

People are unable to deposit even with View and Deposit permissions.

People are only able to deposit with Withdraw permission ( as you can understand Withdraw can't be given to all the gang members )

If Someone please look into this as urgent would be much appreciated.

I did try deleting ranks etc kicking people out and in again but is a bug.
