Eyebrow slider at the barbers

When i made my character I forgot to sort his eyebrows out. Theyre not dense at all and therefore are practically invisible. As i spend most of my time in sunglasses it never bothered me. Now I have fist fights on occasion if my glasses get knocked off I look like Casper the friendly ghost. Its atrocious and makes me feel very upset. 

Is it possible to get the eyebrow slider from char creation added onto the Barber menu to customise my player better please?

Maybe add a very costly plastic surgeon

I thought of that Antonio as they have it in regular GTA but for me its just a brow thing and I figured I could get away with some manscaping on the cheap.
