Firstly here are the things we accept as a valid compensation request.

What was lost: A full set of gear including an MX 6.5mm with silencer and ARCO scope. and a rook both with around 10 magazines and all my clothing and around a few 1000 dollars.
Value of item/money lost ( Provide the grand total): Approx £400,000
mx 6.5mm with attachments £307,000
rook £28,000 (I think)
Clothing and bag £35,000
Extra money on me £5,000
Ammo and tool kits etc £20,000
Total $395,000
Quick description of what happened: I had just spawned in the new EXP gang base and took my truck boxer out. I was just leaving when my friend in an orange SUV pulls up behind me teleporting everywhere. He gets closer and closer until he hits me. My Truck Boxer flew right over the gang gate and exploded before I could even get out. He was fine but I died. I believe it was an accident and just caused by him de syncing and he didn't mean to actually kill me but I no longer have the money to buy this gear again as well as a new truck which is where I was headed.
