I think i understand what Presidente is saying but people complaint about how long it takes for people to get unbanned, banned i dunno, so there should be plenty of time to make your defense, if an admin locks the thread you could send him a message asking to reopen the thread or just make a new one with the link to the other(last resort option).

But then again i think that the admins would have less work if they kicked the first time people were breaking the rules, maybe you already tried this and didn't work, but what happened with me i was flying a jet and shooting, at the time i did not saw the temp jet rules, and i was banned with no warning at all, if someone would type on the channel that i could not do that i would had stopped, supposed to be a mature community after all i think.

Don't take this as a complaint, it's something that would give you less work, but probably i'm missing something as if it was to give you less work you, would do it.

If the admins started giving everyone more chances there would simply be a lot more trolls.

The rules are not hidden, they are public information, this is a mature community as you have observed and with maturity comes the assumption that the players will be mature enough and sensible enough to check and follow the rules, this server does not babysit people, it does not forgive repeat offenders. The vast majority of us like it this way.

Simply put, if a player makes a mistake it is their own fault, everyone is expected to follow some very simple guidelines (most of which are simply common sense for the record.) if a player cannot do that, they deserve to go. For the sake of the rest of the community and the longevity of the server.

It does not matter how long you are given to "appeal", you break the rules; you're out.

What im really want to say is that, they denied a report, and i think the evidences of the guiltys are not good and dont say to much.

Im tierd to lost gear because of situation like this.

But the admins already made her decision. I have to respect. Only

Well i'll talk about my personal case, i did read the rules, at the time did not see the temp rules for jets, might i had i was shooting at a parked jet with no one inside, wanted to blow it up so no one could use it,(the owner was next to it and the jet was stuked he asked to try destroy it), i figured that if it had weapons you could use them, as it is very expensive, at the time didn't occur to me as i was not attacking anyone that i could be braking a rule, and a simple, hey can't use the guns on the jet would have done it... 

If you think that's babysitting... Would have given less work that to ban/unban...

As i said i understood the reason, not gonna put any more effort in this...
