I think admins should have more careduly when they see the evidences...

They must see the both side. The evidences should have more time... because i saw guys putting only who matters for him. And admin aprove or denied. Them the admins block the topic, and whe can t say.something that passed to the eyes of admins. ( i want to believe)

Admins, i think you need to change.this :s

 
I have to disagree to you, the admins have alot to do on this server Bans, Un-ban request, Donations etc. IMO there are doing an excellent job managing all of this. They know who to give a second chance and who does not deserve one. After Wilco has approved it the thread is closed which also is understandable because they dont want the play that has been for example banned to rage or get his friends to try and change the decision of the admins.

From what I have seen most of the choises considering bans and Un-bans made by the admins have been fair and generous to people who deserved it.

 
Give us an example, because if we didn't do our job right, we wouldn't be the best altis life uk community and one of the best of the world.

Evidence longer ? oh hell no... some videos are like 20 mins long

If people are seen breaking the rules in the supplied evidence what more do we need ?

Well you need to look at it from the admin's point of view. 

A player on the server who's been around for a long time isn't going to be banned from one screenshot. Admins are obviously going to request a video w/ audio in it to see, as since this person's been a member of the community for a long time; they're a lot less likely to really break rules.

A player who's brand new to the server is more likely to get banned with a smaller amount of evidence. It's a lot more likely that they broke a rule, and sometimes the screenshots are simply all too damning. Even then, it's still common to ask for video evidence.

Look at James[2] combat logging for example. That's a new player to the server who none of us have heard of, and the admins still asked for decent video evidence. 

The system we have at the moment is fine imo, any change to it would make the process far too drawn out. People are still able to post an un-ban request, and if they were banned incorrectly they can then be compensated and the situation looked at closely. 

 
Simple solution to the mentality that you get banned too easily....

I know that the admins do a nice job. But certanly, they are not perfect. But, i just tell this, to improve more the server, that i think its one of the best.

With audio for what? Theres is only one admin who understand our language.

What im saiyng is not the ban ou unban, is the NOT ban. Because of evidences that are not conclusive, from the other part.

Edit :

I think admins have the right decision. But as you can see in evidence of plf, the video is from another guy... not the guy we report. He told that we shoot first... but he is the chooper guy. Already have 2 guys in truck. We do report from another one, not the guy of video.

There are one admin who understand our language, so can understand our intention.

I think im free to give my opinio. I hope.

Well okay but you know that you would have to include that in your report, E.g. ''If possible I would like the information reviewed by an admin that speaks our language.''

Otherwise you cannot blame the admins for anything, If you dont say so dont complain about it.

Im not blame admins. Im just giving my opinio and try to argue with something that could misse them.
But you have right, i will to that next time.

Sorry its not sarcasm... its funny of me :p

Well so far your opinions have been based on things that haven't gone your's or your friends way.

We have been doing this on a very very busy community/server for 10 months now, What we do works well please leave us to it :)
