Engine persistent BF400

If you have selected the engine persistence option the engine should not turn off when you get off your motorcycle or out of your car.

If you get off your BF400 while dealing drugs the engine doesn't stay on.

If you do the same thing on a Sanchez it dose stay on.

After 8pm restart this seems to be resolved... So I don't know how easy it will be to replicate...

I've had this same issue with My R1, not sure if it's all bikes or just certain ones.
