Description of what happened:
My friend was being chased by the cops and than Endrogen just sended him to jail without speaking and after that he sended me to jail alwel with saying anything

Yes i went on teamspeak. You were getting very mad and left the channel without resolving it.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

Hi there, 

I'm glad our little talk with a mentor worked out perfectly like this. First things first, "not roleplaying" Isn't a server rule, and from what i can gather in your report this looks more like a police complaint.... However I do have a few points to raise.

Number one,

You broke NLR on 3 occassions, You RDM'D several people and you continuously broke roleplay in chat. Gathering from the short video's you know fine well that this is not allowed and that's why you have cropped your videos accordingly.

Unfortunately for me, and luckily for you my shadowplay was not recording at the time. 

Number two,

You Didn't rage on teamspeak, I left because of the amount of abuse you were hurtling.

and Finally number three,

You have deliberately edited your videos to show only a small section of what happened after you were caught, not the rule breaking I have described above.  

I Invite @ , @ , @Papa Hedge or any of the other officers involved in the situation to have their say on the matter or provide any recordings you may have to show the events in full, not edited in this manner.

For number one:

I only killed my friend because we have a rule in our gang to kill when someone is being arrested nomather what.

For number two:

I mean you were being very mad and left ts.

For number three:

The second video was the first recorded. In shadowplay i need to press f10 the record the last 3 minutes. After u arrested my friend i pressed it so a new record start. I ended the new record in 1 min.

You admitted in teamspeak to "accidentally" spawning in athira, Breaking NLR. Instead of respawning somewhere else, you ran towards your friend grabbed a gun off him and executed one of your gang members we had in restraints. 

I asked you how you knew the man was your friend, and you told me that he was talking to you in teamspeak (when he was in restraints) and that you can see his hexagon (Metagaming).

I can see from the lack of posts on your forum account that you're new here.

As what you've admitted to is going to get you in trouble if you don't correct your actions.

First of all you were claiming that i was in a chase with the police. I wasn't i was being called by my friends for backup. So i was never killed and i don't know how you made up that i grabbed i gun from his body since you were always standing near them.

The whole town knew where the police was so it was not hard to find the police.

Maybe i am new on the server i am not new on arma since i have over 1500 hours in arma.

The link you are trying to give is not even working but i guess you are referring to the rules.

You are blaming this all on me without any real evidence and saying that i edited my video's.

Look at yourself, sending people right to jail without telling them anything or roleplaying. Isn't it the point of this server to roleplay?????? This is what ruins a roleplay server. Cops that are abusing their power..

You're correct, roleplay runs the servers. 

So you running around getting killed, and then coming back <1 minute later is obviously a clear breach of this. You can't roleplay with a dead man, and someone like yourself or your friends who were shooting police on sight and respawning to kill gang members who have been caught is a clear way of ruining the roleplay.

I did not even kill one single cop so how are u saying i am killing cops on sight????? 

Endrogen is it allowed to arrest people with 0$ bounty on their head and not saying why they are being arrested, not explaining their rights??

This is not even true. First off all you where chasing me and Stijnn Javez, you are clearly making things up now.

 
Thanks for the invitation @SGT Endrogen.

This whole situation has been born through the reporter and his friends breaking rules to begin with. NLR was broken multiple times and, let's be honest, who in their right mind thinks that executing their friends when in Police custody is a legitimate way to play?!

Also, the fact India-99 was in the air tracking these guys all the time seems to have escaped them.

Rightly or wrongly these guys were sent to prison without the RP usually expected but I can understand why this has happened and support @SGT Endrogen for his decision.

its funny that you mentioned the helicopter when Jasper was on the run the helicopter flew away from Athira so you cannot use that as an excuse. And second in real life if you are affraid that someone will talk to the cop you take him out to safe your own ass makes sense.

 
I was in India 9-9 the whole time the situation was going on (As heard the helicopter in the video) and can confirm what Endrogen is saying is true and that in fact this report is nonsense and the videos have been clipped to a very short length to better their report.

1) I guess you don't know the capabilities of India-99. You can be on their thermal screen from a few kilometers without even knowing about it. So let's refrain from calling things excuses when the reality is something completely different eh?

2) I totally agree with you on that bud, but this is a game where your friend will respawn and roll with you again as if nothing happened. RP has to be believable within the game realm so killing your friends so they don't talk is a bit cheap don't you think?

Don't get your knickers in a twist mate. I don't do reports. I just made an observation for the admin who comes here and actions it in case you are trying to be sneaky. You should probably explain why you have another account before they do.

See it of my point of few you got banned do you honeslty wanna keep playing on the name where you got banned from?

I made another account so i could have a brand new start, i never get banned and felt actually bad that this happend to me.

If i just went into teamspeak and spoke with the person who rdm that day we could've probably resolve it.

Instead i ignored it and got what i deserved.

 
Well from my point of view it looks like an account to argue in reports. We are quite savvy to stuff like that here.

It looks for me that you are trying to help out your friend.

And i am sorry for creating another forum account didn't know i broke any rules by doing so.

You could've sended me a message, because bringing this up does not matter in this case.
