Email confirmation error?

Hi guy's. A good buddy of mine has recently bought Arma 3 and wants to register to the forums. But his email just wont come? Yes its been over 10 minutes. Is there any errors or could this just be a little delay?

Also some email providers don't let aluk mail in at all. Try gmail if checking spam fails.

Dont you use Mandrill as a provider? Best one Ive ever had and its free for quite a lot emails. My photo forum has never had any missed emails.
