Time & Date this happened: 31/12/2014 1pm ish
Description of what happened: i heard someone unlocking and locking a car behind the empty garages in the Kavala garage, i scan him as he drives past and the car is connected with a wanted man so i hit the sirens and approach and the steam ticket check error message pops up and his body falls out the car
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No he left the game and couldn't see him on TS

i know that the steam check error could be his game crashing but its a bit too much of a coincidence that it happens as i scan and pursue him
