Earplugs

Is it possible to bind the key for the earplugs (SHIFT + P) to another key combination?

I dont think you can bind altis life controls, i have looked around and not found anything

A little bit of trial and error required since no one seems to have the slightest idea from my searching.

Stuff like the windows key menu and earplugs use custom keys in ARMA 3. There's 20 of them and they can be found by going into ARMA 3 then going to:

Configure ---> Controls: At the top there is a filter menu where it says "show" and you select "custom controls"

Do some trial and error in game with re-binding them and see how you get on. Please report back any findings as I would like to put a post together documenting this since people have asked it a LOT.

I tried all the custom controls on my numpad, but didn't find the right one. I will try different keys tomorow.

This doesn't work, never works.  (Sorry to call you out). Had a similar problem with my ANPR since my keyboard at the time didn't have a numpad. Bindings like that need to be rebinded using another party. I'd recommend AutoHotKey it's great. You can script it to SHIFT+P for another key.

So something like:

!X::Send {LSHIFT} {P}

This means when you press ALT + X it will register as LSHIFT + P.
