Description of what happened:
Was on my way to kavala when an offroader approached me near athira and demanded me to halt. I refused and seeked for help around the police hq, but no cops were available and im not allowed to enter the blue zone. I die and subsequently get my gear looted. Player "dzacball" picks up the katiba, his friend "fantasy" seems to be foraging aswell.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, but of no avail. An hour ago I found him again and tried to talk to him, but he insisted it was ok to kill players to strip them off their arms. So I went along and opened this topic.
