Description of what happened:
Was walking in Kavala, Dustin drives me over with VDM. I turn on recording, and warn my friend (in Dutch) stating I'm going to try and kill him if he comes back. As far as I am considered, him driving me and other people over is ''roleplay initiated'' (ofc VDM isnt roleplay, but I am not gonna break RP because he is, so in my characters view his life is in immediate danger). After he drives me over twice more I succeed in killing him. I believe I may have fired in the direction of the greenzone but I am pretty sure he wasn't in it when that happened. Also, before someone points that out, I didn't really warn him, but the situation was pretty clear. Since my upload speed sucks, I made the video as short as I could without witholding anything. If needed I can upload a 5 minute one where you also see him breaking NLR to come back to his (damaged)quadbike, probably to drive over some more people.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
VDM, NLR
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Some cops were talking to him in character, but he didnt say anything and proceeded to try and open their backpacks. Couldn't find him in teamspeak. My guess is he doesn't know the rules or just doesn't care and is here to be a douche.
