Description of what happened: I was talking to Farmer Giles beside the Athira HQ about something that had happened earlier. His gun was on his back and my pistol was lowered. While we are talking, I see Ross come running out of the HQ so I jump in my car and go to drive off, I am about to make it away when Ross shoots me in the head and executes me. As you can see in the video no bullets hit near my tyres as my car was still rolling along after I was dead. Ross was able to supply a a screenshot from the video he saved but not the video its self and I don't know why. He also admitted to being pissed off at me for something out side of the game which I apologised for. This is not the first time he has done something like this to a member of TKC.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
10H) Police are not allowed to execute players. There is no excuse for this. (Punishment is a ban)
 
 Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He wouldn't comp me because of what happened on the fourms.

He was very rude to me on the forums, so I decided not to give compensation which I see as complimentary for a mistake. We all make mistakes but Stee didn't apologise for his. 

I completely agree it wasn't the best thing to bring up.

EDIT: He could have waited for a medic for most of his gear back, maybe all, but he instantly respawned.

Your logic was I am not going to comp you because I don't like you. I tryed to resolve the situation quick and easy but you brought something that had norhing to do with this situation into it which makes me think you perposly killed me out of spite. Can I please see your video from your pov. I will drop this report if you show me the video and it was infact and accident.

As said, my video was lagging and the audio is out of sync (which is why I can only get screenshots). I didn't kill you out of spite as I didn't know who you were (nametags off). I do not believe I executed you. If requested I can try to grab a few screenshots of me aiming at the tires.

It barely caught anything and editing is very hard to fix this. Uploading doesn't really work for me as @Droge Worst can prove when I tried to send him a video and it wouldn't let me upload.

I don't really believe you I don't understand how you can get clean screenshots from your recorded footage but not a video ,but it doesn't really matter what I believe, I have provided all my evidence  and said all I needed to say its down to the admins to decide now.

In regards why Stee's vehicle got shot at in the first place was that we were taking fire just outside of the Athira HQ and had suspicions that the ghillie with a big rifle on his back and a pistol in his hands was involved in the ambushes. http://plays.tv/video/55c4fbce15297ced5f (On the way from Kavala to Athira we got ambushed multiple times. Farmer Giles is talking about the ambush at Devils Bend in which we were spiked.)

Did none of you notice I wasn't shooting and had a pistol out instead of my mk14.

When we saw a car driving up to the HQ with a heavily armed man who was also holding a pistol in his hands, only minutes after we were under heavy fire, we didn't want to endanger our lives. That's why you were approached with raised weapons. You may have never fired any weapon during the entire situation, but we couldn't know. We only saw a person standing outside of the HQ with a 7.62 on his back and a pistol in his hands.

You have given your evidence and explained your side of what happened so thank you but there is no need for you to comment here anymore. 

Just on a last note, everything that you have said about a guy shooting you is irrelevent as that fight had ended and you had RAMBEAU and all the rest of the officers safe in the bluezone at this point as one of your officers pointed out in your video. I was not a threat to any of you. I certinly did not need to be killed.

Please do not reply to this unless supplying new evidence.

My final statement:

Yes, I should've comp'ed you as a goodwill gesture however I do not believe I intentionally executed you. As said I was in a bad mood at the time and being a dick but I should've comped you. I can prove this by putting some screenshots up of me aiming at tyres, trying to say that wasn't supposed to happen in chat and also you can see the video of after I kill Stee. I understand how Stee could think I intentionally killed him however I did not.

This shows I have fired 3 bullets and Stee is not killed yet, showing I did not aim for the window. I initially had 29 bullets in my mag and can prove this.

I'm starting to sound like a broken recored here but can you not just put the video footage you have saved on to youtube, however laggy and broken it is? You keep skipping over this question.
