Yes kavala drug dealer sells for the most and I think Agios sells for the least then Athira sells for between Agios and Kavala.

Yes. Kavala sells for 100, athira for 75 and agios for 50 (correct me if wrong). But kavala is the most dangerous drug dealer because police will patrol around that area a lot

I believe it's actually 100% at Agios, 125% at Athira and 150% at Kavala (without the perk).
