Drugs Enforcement Agency: We Need Ideas!

Lots of good ideas here, the tip off is cool I really like that would really help curb those people who store drugs to sell at a later date. I'll mention that to ciaran when I. Speak to him next.
Undercover cops so many people ask about, me and mitch have spoken on both sides of it a fair few times one for one against, but the amount of abuse it could be open to we believe far out way the reward, all police take an oath to serve her royal highness and all that to not shoot people unless in self defence and to look out for the greater good of the state,
Undercover would be treading a line that without the most amazing rp and I mean perfect spotless rp you could never achieve.
"For an example I would see let's say
You get your name and handler and get told to infiltrate rebel gang a find out where they are storing drugs when they plan to rob the bank things like that.
Takes a few days to get them to trust you a week before you start properly talking and make plans they tell you 12pm at server restart the are going to gear up rob the bank.
You contact your handler and setup the correct police response getting units in position to ambush and detain, but while en route you come across a squad car on normal patrol with a pcso and a pc sat in, you drive past they turn around whack the sirens on and start following you cause the driver is wanted.
Your car stops the rest of the guys get out armed to the teeth police see this come out rubber gun blazing and knocking out or making your guys seek cover. What do you do?
You can't help the gang the second you kill an officer that's it your over the edge your a criminal your career is over your now wanted for murder, you can't stand there the gang will wonder why you aren't helping you run? Your a pussy the gang won't want your help.
That's the conundrum I face yes you commit a few crimes to land the big gang with the big score.
But this isn't the uk everyone is armed and everyone is expected to kill someone at some point, it's altis it's basically Iraq with less explosions as explosives are banned.
Hopefully a few of you see my point maybe a few won't, there are current provisions for it in game I believe but at this time there is no such unit, it is both a trust thing and one that falls on the border between law and chaos.

Fair points Maratek and totally see where you're coming from on that. The only way I can see it working in that example would be for A: The cops to recognise the undercover "asset" and back off with some good RP (I.e. they give a caution for driving too fast and say they have to leave due to a priority call)
B: Undercover has a pistol that fires "blanks" so they could blag being a terrible shot rather than a pussy.

Hmm how about that Big Boat (or a convoy of smaller boats) in the harbour @ Kavala gets used to Transport "A SHIT LOAD" of drugs to a disposal center at a undisclosed location.
It would be quite interesting to see how many choppers collide tracking the boat, and see how well the gangs co-ordinate their movements on the land trying to find out where the boat will land.
There can be a hidden police force waiting for the boat to land to take the drugs 2km inland to the disposal center which nobody knows (including police due to leaks) but needs to be a minimum of 2km away.
Would be quite cool as the police would basically have to break out of a siege if the gangs can cover the ground right, and if not it turns into a big chase which everybody seems to love anyway
Would be nice to see boats being used. I dont know enough about land vehicles to make a informed balanced decision to what should be used to carry the drugs, striders / hunters I guess ?

I dont know why, but the betrayel there were so hard for me, because we teamed up in such a friendly AND out of roleplay way since we played together before he got into the cops, and i dont know why but i just couldnt shoot my friend you know and he killed me in cold blood.. they said that they had got high ranking permission to do it. but i dont fucking believe em, 25£ to the guy who can bring me PCSO Jamie Chavez head. preferably on a stick.

Remove DEA, NPAS and MPU completely they are not working.

Remove DEA and MPU Agreed, but from a police perspective NPAS is very needed, especially if you're hunting someone or needs informations on a bank robbery.
but from a rebel perspective: Remove the APD its just not working...
