Description of what happened: Bru had been arrested and sent to prison, for what I'm not sure, he decided he wasn't ok with this and felt it wasn't fair, after spouting abuse. He decided to threaten bans etc. Then threatening the ban via emergency text.
What Rule Was Broken ?: [SIZE=medium]3E)[/SIZE][SIZE=medium] Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He's essentially a troll. Other officers/players who dealt with him can attest to this.
