Description of what happened:
 
Dragon87 was trolling around running around with someone I had restrain, so I thought it best I give him a lesson he will remember, so I taught him how to fly off a first floor window.
 
He then spawn in karvel and comes back near his dead body breaking the NLR
 
Also got him breaking NLR 4 more times, also playing music threw his mic.  Can post if this video is not enough

He messing about, using the escorting button on someone I zipped tied after warning him  he paid the price for his trolling.
