Donator rank bug?

Hi. 3 March 2015 i donated 30GBP and on the 2 april 2015 i got a message on the forums that my  group promotion given during your last donation has expired. i belived that 30GBP would give me 3 months of donator rank? 

I would love to get the full time of donator ingame and on the forums xD

Did not know where to post this, didnt have permission to the Donation Support.

The system works so you only have donator status 1month per donation on the forums.
