I made a donation of 10.00 GBP offline (Stupidly) resulting in me not receiving the benefits , i can confirm the paypal that the money was sent from was mine, i would be grateful if you could help me ASAP

Hi Dan, I'm sorry to say but I don't think this one is going to be actioned due to management being busy at the moment. There is a possibility of it in the future but at present I'm going to move this to rejected. 

Moral of the story: Make sure you're logged in when you donate.
