I think this is the rule but i didn't actualy troll. It was just a misstake (i talked in global for 2 seconds)

Yes I do, I'm very sorry about this and it won't happen again. But in my defense i was playing on the King of the hill server and as much as i know the king of the hill server is not a RP server. Sorry for not mentioning this in the text.

Ah ok... Well simlar kind of thing

People want to listen and shoot and play king of the hill not listen to the usual global talker, when the admins are on KOTH we try our best to make sure that things keep flowing.

I have unbanned you but be careful in future.
