Description of what happened:
Rudy spotted a man crawling up along the wall (yes we metagamed his name, so do we all, as long as it's not used in RP, which we didn't as we never got the chance to speak a word to him) and shoots Rudy. From some distance away so no RP was initiated.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes. He said he was allowed to shoot us on sight because of the following:
Earlier in the day he took Blaze hostage in our checkpoint. He told Blaze he was kidnapping him because Blaze had killed him the day before (rp 10/10). They didn't took his comms, they told him his name, all was communicated and they were told they weren't welcome in UNMC lands anymore and would be shot if we saw them. They claim we ment we were going to shoot them on sight, which is crap and just their interpretation, not having any idea about the ingame politics and probably not knowing what UNMC is about. They think because of that, they got the right to shoot us on sight when they see us.
