Looks good to me. I would go for 8700k though i use games and programs using HT. Im currently on a 6800k, and 1080. Dont have any clientside issues with fps/lag. Kav with full server is always gonna be a pain in the ass

Thanks for the comment and advice. I would go for the 8700k but it’s an extra 100usd(76.25 GBP).
