Denied to appeal a ban

I recently tried to post a ban appeal but it automatically tells me it's denied.. why?

You can only make one unban appeal every 5 days... maybe you accidently submitted 2?

No this is my first unban appeal.. i've been banned for a few months

A) what os the reason you are banned.

B) is it a perm. Ban? If so you cant appeal for 6 months.
