Deja Vu restrain glitch

Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Deja Vu and Alan Ben
 
Time & Date this happened: 23/06/2015 @ 21:00 (ish)
 
Which Server did this happen on: Server 2
 
Description of what happened: We was following a red offroad, as seen in the video, who then shot at us so we returned fire.
I, PCSO Jamz, restrained two men, one being Deja Vu, who then restrained glitched in order to get out his rifle and shoot at me, whereas you can still see his friend restrained!
(Kinda forgot I wasn't using lethal rounds hence the repetitive rubber bullet shots into the men)
Alan Ben then continued to shout "see you on the forums","Reported" - Which you can hear on the video.

Secondly, Deja Vu is also a CSO (on teamspeak tags) and therefore is breaking police rules by committing illegal activities.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 
3E) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice
2D) Using known exploits
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes we have and we still want to file a report. They claim that "Police are not allowed to use rubber bullets in order to restrain someone".
Alan Ben (Deja Vu's friend) left teamspeak shouting abuse - SPC MACCAS, PCSO Chip Butty and myself, PCSO Jamz confirm this.

And why dont you copy all of the chat?

I did not used any glitches, I just somehow raised up, and started shooting maybe the PSCO somehow unrastained me..

This happend to me when I was a CSO and the guy raised up shoots us all and what did he got?

Nothing, and now we are here getting me and my friend banned.

Its okay when you are the officers and you get killed or something because its really a big thing when some one does on you and not on the glory hole Serbians

What about the dude insulting Serbia, telling its a shit hole? That was tolerated as well..

After this I came to a officer told him to put his hands and he just did a 180 and killed me is that RP as well? 

Thank you for beautiful 86 days on this server, to bad its not 100 days but hey its not cool getting killed when you are not from a glory hole and then its not okay what happens, but when you from the glory hole then just piss on us.

We never once insulted serbia infact i was the one taking your friends abuse on ts due to him 'being drunk' , and if a young lad comes on teamspeak and asks for help i would advise you never to be disrespectful and laugh at him because of the tone of his voice.. Thats something that a bully would do and the aluk community does not tolerate such actions.

 
And how many people were laughing at me? And what happend nothing? And of course its okay right..

Guy had a nametag [Kavala] and almost all of you had a laugh..

As involved. I dont reallyknow any kind of that bug. Of unrestraining. We just got uncuffed. I dont care, why are you making trouble out of this. Since nothing was done on purpose. Also that thing, screaming see you on forums, is due to rubber guns, since am shooting you and 2 secs later am cuffed. Glhf.

 
Our conversation (Just me and you) wasn't voice, before you starting claiming kavala tags you came into a channel when i was talking to a friend and started being cocky with your friends "Come on maccas im sorry" pretending to cry, you claim your 17? howhere mate start acting it. Due to this escalating i want to leave it up to the admins. Take care ♥

But it was the first time about the dude with Mavala tag commenting shit about .y country which is cool because we are in a adult community like you said...

And what about the serious RP like I mentioned above? If I killed him it would be RDM...
