Deja Vu RDM and Combat Logging

Description of what happened: While driving behind a red civilian offroad we witnessed the driver get RDM'd by a man standing in the road with his pistol, as we pulled over he continued to fire towards us as he ran for cover, asked him to put his weapon down and he opened fire he was taken out then pretty much instantly logged.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM + Combat Logging
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No response in game  and could not find on TS

I tried to rob Eachann, but I failed. I speed up, pass him and pulled of the road and waited him to come. I saw him coming and just pulled the trigger and killed him. Then the officers came and I knew that they will try to fire back at me, and after the police car pulling, I was running to cover trying to kill the officers. After getting killed I waited 5 seconds and shutted down ARMA.

Why would you close Arma after getting killed ?

Only reason I can think of is to keep your gear, what about giving medics the chance to revive you and play their role?

It takes 10 seconds for the abort key to be an option so you must of force closed Arma, alt - F4 or Task manager, only reason for that is to exploit the fact server does not get chance to register you died and lost your gear meaning you are able to reconnect without losing a thing AKA combat logging.

I got pissed I got my kill on the civilian, and then you came out of nowhere.

I shutted my PC on the PSU button after 5 seconds from getting killed. The gear does not save when you wait 5 seconds from getting killed. You have a small timer that goes for 5 seconds after getting killed I could waited for medics, but at the time there was no NHS online.
