Definition of a Greenzone?

I was under the impression by the rules that Kavala is a greenzone, meaning that no robbery or theft can take place. Yet I was immediately knocked over the head (with no chance for response or anything), robbed of close to 30k, and then they left. Masked so I never caught the names.

So was I incorrect in reading what a greenzone was?

If you look at the map and zoom to Kavala you will see a green mesh marked through the centre; spanning from the beginning of the parking lot to the end where tourist information is. In the marked green area NO robberies/killing/stealing can take place.

If someone knocked you out then ran away that's not allowed on its own, however combined with stealing in the greenzone it's breaking another rule.

All greenzones are places for roleplay. You can still arrested by police and bounty hunters in these areas as they're not safe zones.

either way they are not allowed to knock you out/rob you without rp
Yeah there is still that. One of the two who did it reminded the other - after the fact, after they'd taken the money, and just before they left. Makes me wish I had FRAPs running to capture it happening.

pay attention to the top right corner of your screen, tells you who robbed you for how much.

Always record your sessions! I do now.

And try to initiate the rp, I find it reminds people why they are there/here in the first place. Even if they are a bit poor with their rp to start with.

Im enjoying my experience more as I step away from the objectives on the island, more rp and less driving.

Its perhaps not what you do but how you do it.

Advice better suited to the individual who knocked you out and robbed you.

And lets not forget that from an RP perspective: he did a very poor but often times accurate depiction of a rebel "freedom fighter" interacting with a local. So in some way, props to him for that for whatever its worth.

Its safe to say I'm going to be recording from now on.
