"Debit card" upgrade for businesses

I think it would be pretty sweet if business owners had a option to buy a permit for around 100-200k which enabled customers to choose between transfer and cash when paying like how the NPC ran car dealership works.

The transfer option could add a extra fee of maybe 10% like what Mastercard, Visa etc do IRL to balance it a bit.

I like that, choosing to have a 'card machine' or not is always an interesting business choice IRL and no reason it couldn't be in the city
