Death in Kavala GZ

I "woke up" in one of the kavala stores (can't remember which). I walked outside only for someone to crash into a parked car which then hit and killed me. As it was near a restart there was only 1 medic online who logged a minute later. I have an understanding that you can't loot dead bodies? Well someone later came up to me and took my backpack. Unsure if thats allowed but I have evidence of the full event.
 

Can someone explain the course of action I should take.
