Description of what happened: Was killed at Kavala after attending a bank robbery situation. When i re-spawned at Athira with DSGT Levi we noticed a few HEMMT's driving like nonce's without their lights. We approached, Levi gave plenty of warning for them to apply their headlights but some refused. Levi began to place one man under arrest for driving without headlights and using NVG's instead. Whilst this happened and i was simply watching providing support i began to get shot out of nowhere with no prior warning and was shortly after killed. At some point in the video you can see Chris sneak off somewhere and a minute or so later you can see he begins to shoot. After re-watching the footage you can see him appear behind the wall to my right hand side, he was well within range of shouting something to warn us or give demands but he resorts to shooting instead. Also you can notice after he kills me he continues to shoot at Levi who is unarmed so his story of warning shots begins to look questionable. 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes tried speaking with him over TS, asking for an explanation for his actions and he seemed to be under the impression he did no wrong. Record of chat provided here : http://i.imgur.com/Uritegx.png

As information I was ingame when the incident happened and i was awaiting Evidence for everyone to see before the ban was issued.

I don't see how you class this as RDM? We're rebels, We are in a group so once you engage one of my clan members, I will defend them and prevent any thing happening to my buddies. What you did was classed as something much more serious. You came up to our cars and shot out the tires. You nearly blew up 3 Hemmet's randomly? I dont understand, The police officer said that he was underarrest, which led to me thinking that he was going to jail obviously as a gang member i had to interfere.

In reply to your comment, as i have ALREADY explained to you over teamspeak. I have no idea in regards to tyres being shot out. I had literally only just re-spawned from Kavala after attending a bank robbery situation. Please stop trying to incriminate me and my fellow officer DSGT Levi, I will not take lightly to it. On another note, there was at-least 3 maybe 4 of you guys around, if you have evidence of these other officers shooting you for no reason, please post it in another thread. In regards to this one, i suggest you go post an unban request as i have mentioned several times.

We did not engage any fire what so ever, i just arrested a guy for driving without lights on and you shoot us without a warning? What is next? an officer saying hello and getting killed?

Just admit that you did you something wrong and move on.

We were 4 hemtt's parked 150m infront of the police station. We were playing with light,and then we decided to come a little near and park there. I drove for 10-15 meters without lights,i parked and then he said i should turn my lights on. Also,is restraining for driving without lights necesairy? Well anyway,im not sure what heppened later. Later when i got unrestrained because i paid my ticket,i went back to my truck. We were 4 HEMTT's parked still there,when Maratek came to my truck and said my tires are no good. I said i see nothing wrong with them,and he shoot out my tire. After that,he shoot out another tire on another truck,and also fired some shoots in the 3rd truck,which caused the HEMTT's fuel to be red. So the truck almost exploded,which would cause deaths for all of us. I dont have any proof,but since you police guys always record,i would like to request footage 5 min before,and 5 min after. So a 10 minute video,because a 1 min video is not enough evidence to ban someone, well atleast in my eyes.

He was referring to the situation of Maratek coming to our HEMTT's and shooting out our tires and almost blowing up the final one with the fuel tank going red for no reason.
