Time & Date this happened: 6:45-7AM GMT(ish) 02/01/2015
Description of what happened: Fenko had been breaking NLR and RDM'ing a lot for over an hour. I'm only posting this video because the other video I have of him RDM'n me and breaking NLR by chasing down his stolen offroad and "knowing" it was me who stole it is kind of iffy, as he started shooting at me before I started getting into his ifrit (that he used to chase me down and find his offroad, and is kind of iffy... but this one is a bit clearer. I did not catch him VDM'n and killing the other 2 PLF folks, but what you see him doing to me in the video he just finished doing to 2 other folk.
I started recording the moment I heard what his plan was (VDM then shoot), he had just backed up over me. It also seems like I walked behind his Ifrit and under his wheels, but it's fairly obvious he was trying to run me down to begin with.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he simply said he killed me because I stole his vehicle (logs will show this I'm sure), basically confessing to breaking NLR and metagaming (by knowing I was the same person). I didn't try to talk to him about the incident in the video because he just stopped responding after I tried confronting him about RDM'ing me and breaking NLR.
Please post video evidence/screenshots here

I can look through my footage and see what other clear-cut evidence I have. This guy and a partner had been running around in an offroad and robbing people, RDM included. (the other person didn't do any killing as far as I could tell, but was also [DB] tagged, though I won't name him as he didn't break NLR or RDM as far as I could see).
