Description of what happened:
Bounty hunter constantly breaking NLR. I got the video on the 3rd or 4th time he had come back. He also constantly broke RP. He clearly hasn't read the rules or doesn't car if he breaks them.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
5A, 5C and 5D
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, he didn't reply to me the multiple times I tried to ask him to come onto TeamSpeak
