First of all I want you to vote for me. Why vote for me, you say? Let me tell you why.
I am a pirate and as a pirate I know how the crime organisations work and operate. I will use this to my advantage and clear the city of crime, if I am elected mayor. Now you criminals out there might be getting a bit upset now, but I have a solution for turning criminals into upstanding citizens. I will as a mayor promise free Police escorts for any legal runs, so the chance of being robbed will decrease. This gives people a fair chance to earn money legally. I will fund the Police from my own pocket and decrease the taxes!
