3A) Do not troll or VDM (According to the admin that banned us: JohnnyDavidson AKA Angry Scotsman AKA Vladic Ka)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: My friend, (Alex, Player ID: 76561198123994431)  logged into the game and got a box truck out of his garage and started driving towards the bank. A Go-Kart was in the road that my friend did not see (he claims it did not render or something) and he hit it. A admin happened to be there, the admin then deleted the expensive box truck (expensive for us because we are fairly new (we've been playing for a few weeks now), we did not have alot of money.) I logged in about five minutes later with my friend really angry because that was practically all of his money, so he told me to hit the go kart to make a point that the go-kart is small and shouldn't be in the middle road. The admin with no questions immediately banned me (The admin did not know I was friends with Alex) then banned Alex after Alex revealed I was friends with him. He banned us for trolling with out him even asking us to pay for the damage or jail time or any compensation at all. I feel like this admin was abusing his power not allowing the police to be involved at all, and extremely unfair for my legitimate friend whose truck got deleted because he accidentally hit a small Go-Kart in the road. Do I think, me hitting the Go-Kart was taking it to far to prove a point? Probably, but my thought process was, "maybe if someone else hit the Go-Kart the admin would realize that its not exactly the drivers fault for hitting a small hard to see vehicle in the middle of the road." We had no intentions of trolling or disobeying the rules in any way (and if not for the ban pay for the damages to the Go-Kart or anything else.) I hope the admins at AltisLifeUK can understand my cause and intentions, thank you and good day .

I am well aware we got banned, but my friend Alex was no shape or form trolling and if the admin didn't take such harsh measures we wouldn't be here right now.

Ok, are you  discriminating or something, or do you just not like us for some reason? Because we were no shape or form running people over for  fun or for no reason VDM being: VDM = "Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for fun is ban-able and considered VDM." maybe you should read my reasoning before you tell me to read the rules because I already have. BTW I know its a ban-able offense (knowing my friend did not see the Go-Kart when he hit because he just logged onto the server and the world was still rendering, then you deleting his vehicle with no questions asked was completely un-necessary and arrogant, obviously abusing your power. Me on the other hand, I was not running people over for fun or for no reason I was simply protesting the fact of your admin abuse was completely arrogant. And considering this is a RP server you should not have been involved in a simple car crash. deleting my friends vehicle, the cops should have fined him or impounded the vehicle, you are the fact of this mess, so please do not tell me to know my facts. Please, we are asking for a Unban, this is the first Altis life server we've ever played on and all the experiences we had on the server were awesome up until this mess of miss communication and understanding.

Hello I would like to input that immediately banning someone without due process of questioning for actions is solely wrong,, and that deleting a player's property based on a wrongful assumption of them VDM'ing a vehicle that was negligently parked in the middle of a road which experiences major traffic from the server population was also wrong. I'm supporting Daniels not only because he is a friend but because I solely believe that an admin (Vladic Ka) acted prematurely on a situation that probably could've been solved by a simple round of questioning. Vladic Ka never questioned the owner of the go kart which on this game is invisible from a certain distance of about 100-300 meters, and as to why the vehicle's owner parked it there in the first place. Also Vladic wrongfully banned another friend aka, Alex, who informed the admin of his association with Daniels and was banned without due process. I'm not saying Daniels did't take it too far by also hitting the go kart as a form of protest to the admin's actions, which is permitted lawfully under the European convention on Human Rights and the Geneva conventions. His action was an outburst of anger and frustration as the three of us are all new to this game and server. His frustration was like a tower of cards, because each set back we have encountered was like adding a new level to the tower making it more and more unstable. When this incident occurred it was last card causing the structure to collapse, making him do something he wouldn't normally ever do to someone on this game. I am deeply ashamed of Vladic for not correctly interpreting  the prior situation with Alex, and applying the rules in a just way. With this in mind I call upon Vladic or any other Admin for that matter to grant this appeal approval for the unbanning of two honorable players of this game.

I don't know what the hell you are talking about. We don't RP when we are enforcing server rules. All I know is the first guy was going to get away with just losing his van until next restart as I asked him several times to get out of it after he rammed the go kart to speak to him to which he just sat inside ignoring me. Then he got his friend to do the exact same thing. If either of the box trucks exploded when you hit the kart the four or five people standing near would have died and that's why we class any vehicle on vehicle impact here as VDM which is instantly bannable.

I was streaming at the time so I will highlight it later and post it here to show you how idiotic it was.

International Law? That's like calling someone a bell end and claiming it's okay because you have freedom of speech? Those rights are there to protect you from your government. It does not make it okay to insult someone and similar to this, you are not in an international public area.

Further that, Daniel is more than welcome to protest his actions here, however from what I've seen.. I doubt it'll happen.

Anyway, after that off my chest - I came here to let you know the person in question has been messaging me asking to review his unban and to confirm if I feel the action taken is the correct action. Two messages were received.

For the headlines, @Horse Express - Yes I believe Vladic Ka had taken the correct action, we take rules very seriously here. I've never come across a case of a vehicle not rendering. Grass, sure but not vehicles.

dont mind horse express hes the retard of the group what i came here to ask is for a second chance we are sorry for what we did and if we would get unbanned we would not do any of the things we did, the only thing we want is to play on your guys server i can see the admins are great, all we are asking is to unban i have read the rules fully now and understand the problem thanks for your time.
