Could someone explain rule 7.1.1 to me?

Hi, just reading the rules thoroughly whilst my ban appeal is being reviewed (hopefully being unbanned :DDD)

As i was reading rule 7.1.1 it confused me a little bit, i'm not sure if it's me being stupid or just not understanding the grammar for this rule. 

Does the rule mean that i can't take CSO's and PCSO's hostage? does it mean that i can take these people hostage but i can't take the negotiators hostage? does it mean that i can take the negotiators hostage if these people aren't there? It's really confused me...

Answers. No you can not take a PCSO or Prob.PC hostage. No, you can not take negotiator hostage at any point

 
(7.1.1) Taking hostages must be roleplayed to a very high quality. Please note if taking police hostage CSO's, PCSO's and unarmed negotiators cannot be taken hostage.

Essentially, you can kidnap any cop you want, as long as they aren't a CSO, PCSO, or an unarmed negotiator.

 
Thanks guys! sorry if it was a bit of a silly question but i just felt it was necessary as i think that kidnapping people is a very fun aspect of the server and hope to do it if i get unbanned!

Plus i need to get every rule correct to minimise of getting banned again (if i get unbanned xD)

I see where he is coming from if you were to read the last sentence and you don't put a pause (comma) after 'Hostage' it does sound a bit confusing. Simple Fix 🙃

@Louie Austino Yeh i agree!! I was thinking there should be a slight little edit to the grammar of the sentence for simpletons like myself but in my current state i felt i'm in no place to make a recommendation like that...

 
and if this is breaking the rule 12.5 let me know and i'll remove it straight away, not sure if mentioning my ban in this post was against this rule or not...
