What rifle? 

Go to the black market/ gang base/ hideout and check the value there.

the cheapest gun i do believe is 80k (TRG) and it rises to 120k for an mxc i do believe (if not somewhere around that region)

I believe the gun itself is around 160k ( i may be mistaken, i am not a rebel) the suppressor is around 150k (again i may be wrong) and the price for a scope can vary from 3k to 50-60k (ACO,RCO,ARCO,MRCODMS)
