What happens when I fail a interview 4 or more times

I don't think there is any limit. Just read every part of the Police Handbook. Ask officers BEFORE the Interview about what to do in certain situations and go on some ridealongs with SGT+ (Go on a Police Patrol with SGT+ and you as a civ get to get a grip of what Police Officers feel like and how they act). If you are having real issues, speak to an Academy Officer or you can speak to me. My name is SPC Fergus.
